After you have read this page, click the button at the bottom to begin your test. - Understand the equivalent ranks across different branches. [NMSS 6.1.2]
- Appreciate the unique traditions and histories that influence rank structures in each branch. [NMSS 6.1.2]
- Describe the key characteristics and primary functions of Special Operations Forces, aviation units, cyber units, and medical units. [NMSS 3.1.1]
- Differentiate between combat and support units, explaining the specific roles each plays in military operations. [NMSS 2.1.3]
- Explain how various military units coordinate with different levels of government and public administration to address national security and public welfare needs. [NMSS 2.1.3]
- Explore the unique contributions of each specialized military unit to overall mission success, including examples of real-world scenarios where their roles were critical. [NMSS 2.1.3]
Timing
This test will take you approximately 20 minutes.
Grading
After you submit the test, you will be able to see your score when clicking on the activity or looking in your grade book. Your score may not appear until your teacher grades it if there are any essay questions.
Completion
You will know you have completed the quiz once you have submitted your answers and received a score. Also, a checkmark will appear next to the activity in the module once complete. You may go back and review your answers after submitting them.
